I know its been awhile since I've posted but since this is just for me who cares. Right? Anywho, I am getting busier at work and love my set schedule, but of course not loving the heat.
I was sick for what seemed like forever which of course happened right after I started training for a half marathon in October I signed up for. So I didn't work out for like 2 weeks. I went out for a run this morning for the 1st time and I have lost time on my mile (no bueno). But I will get back to where I was and then continue to improve since I can also run around the restaurant or at Discovery park after work.
As for weight-loss I have pretty much bounced between 2 pounds gained 2 pounds lost. But with me being able to increase my training (the real reason I signed up for the 13.1 as a incentive to run). I may even go for a walk right now as I cant sleep and its still pretty warm out.
I WILL try to get better about posting more (shouldn't be hard to post more frequently then once every 2 months :)
