While I was on Spring Break I was going over next quarters class syllabus and realized they would require way more time than I had so I had to put my culinary education on hold for now. I thought I would be sad about it (I and I alone made this decision my family supports me either way) but i'm not. I actually feel really good about it. I have more time to spend at home and taking care of family business as well as the flexibility to work whenever possible. I am also getting the chance to experiment with different cakes.
Now on the weight loss front I am back down to my original weight and i have started back on a low carb (20-40g) diet I lost pretty well when I did it before and it wasn't so hard for me to do I just have to be ready when i start going through my candy withdrawal. But I bought some individually wrapped frozen talapia for me and a bunch of broccoli and other veggies and some pork rinds. Even though I am starting this on a Monday I will still only weight myself on Thursday so this Thursday will be my start weight for the low carb diet. I am also committing myself back to the gym for at least a total of 5 hours a week. I will also be taking my son with me this week as a guest to see if he is willing to actually go and put in the work. Well thats all for now.
